In charge of maintenance and support of servers, and training new employees. 
Creation of web hosting space and input of DNS records.  
Many responsibilities were taken as technical support including management of billing software, and checking the status and editing the configuration files on the Linux servers.

2004-2007

My regular duties include answering customer technical support questions. 
Was in charge of extracting and importing user names and passwords during an emergency installation of an email server. 
Other duties have included configuration of Cisco router with move to new location, web design, removing adware and spyware from computers, web design, design of documents, eBay management, and general trouble shooting. I have experience with a variety of operating systems including Windows, OS X, and Linux. 

2002-2004

Tutored college students in various courses, including programming, Access, Excel, other Microsoft Office programs and math. Also, oversaw the use of the computer lab and helped users who ran into problems.
